Track B: Hold a single heavy DB on the chest during while doing Good Mornings and replace Push Ups with Hand Release Push Ups

Coaches Note: Todays workout will not be a big time lung killer, but it will test your ability to push. Try your best to move quickly through this workout. Don’t be afraid to push your limits and move faster than is advisable typically, and find out where failure is on the push ups.  As for the Good Mornings, make sure your is form perfect and you move through the full range of motion.
