Air Squats

Mountain Climbers

Jumping Squats

Then

Your Daily Workout

5 Min AMRAP, 2 Min rest Repeat

20 Russian Twists

10 Ninja Roll Up

20 Star Jumps

Track B: Hold a heavy DB or moderate weight DB’s in hand while performing your russian twists. Also replace your Star Jumps with DB Thrusters. Also, add one more 5 Min AMRAP to the end of this after 2 mins of rest

Coach’s Note: If Ninja Roll ups aren’t attainable even after some practice then substitute Hollow Rocks
